- MARCH 2023
In March 2023, our company began negotiating for the right to act as the general contractor for the construction of the «KOREAN SOLAR» Solar Power Plant. This project arose between the governments of Sri Lanka and South Korea. The Korean side is interested in supplying electric vehicles to the island. The power plant will increase the islands energy
resources. Our company’s specialists have begun preparing documentation for participation in the construction competition. - MARCH 2023
In March 2023, our company began construction of LUXURY apartments «ALISA IN WONDERLAND». The apartments are located in close proximity to
Hikkaduwa. The apartments are suitable for those who want to live on the island, as well as rent out the premises during their absence and earn additional income. The presence of an Ayurveda center in close proximity ensures year-round demand for rentals. - МАRCH 2024In March 2024, our company participated in a competition for the right to act as the general
contractor for the construction of the «KOREANSOLAR» Solar Power Plant. We have signed a contract. Construction will begin in May 2024.
